You were the one that I hungered for. You were the one I was so thirsty for. But You’ve taken my hunger and quenched my thirst, for You placed the living waters within.
I no longer hunger for the things that I hungered. I no longer thirst for the things I did thirst. For You answered my hunger, and You’ve satisfied my thirst, so I always remember it was You that I hungered for.
Blessed are they who hunger and thirst. They shall be filled, filled with the Lord. Filled with the Lord, they shall be filled.
